{"id":8537,"date":"2021-10-19T09:13:13","date_gmt":"2021-10-19T09:13:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dolcenottematerassi.it\/?page_id=8537"},"modified":"2021-10-19T09:33:41","modified_gmt":"2021-10-19T09:33:41","slug":"medical-devices","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.dolcenottematerassi.it\/en\/medical-devices\/","title":{"rendered":"MEDICAL DEVICES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row content_width=&#8221;grid&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1625838025576{margin-top: 50px !important;margin-bottom: 50px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h3>MEDICAL DEVICES<\/h3>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]For the types of users listed below, we recommend the use of anti-decubit us Medical Device products:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-sufficient people with reduced mobility;<\/li>\n<li>Subjects bedridden for long periods and\/or continuously;<\/li>\n<li>Persons with reduced mobility who require scheduled postural changes to be carried out with the assistance of a specialized or\u00a0 duly trained personnel;<\/li>\n<li>Subjects suffering from chronic or acute non-degenerative diseases of<br \/>\nthe musculoskeletal system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The products marked with the DM denomination are medical devices according to Directive 93\/42 \/ EEC: as such they are considered &#8220;tools used by humans for the purpose of prevention &#8230; or mitigation of a disease&#8221; (Legislative Decree 24.02.1997). These products are\u00a0 marked with a special label that identifies the name of the product, the manufacturer, the registration number with the Ministry of\u00a0 Health and the CE marking as well as the serial number. Based on art. 15 paragraph 1 letter C of the TUIR, medical device products\u00a0 have the possibility of being deducted as medical expenses to the extent of 19% of the value for those entitled. To take advantage of the\u00a0 deduction, a medical prescription is needed certifying the pathology for which the purchase of the Medical Device is necessary. The\u00a0 sales documentation should indicate the product name, the ministry authorization number and the serial number. This document,\u00a0 together with the medical prescription, must be kept with the tax return for at least 5 years by the end user.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row content_width=&#8221;grid&#8221;
