COTTON LUXE & ORGANIC COTTON

Luxury by Nature

The secret of the quality of Organic Cotton lies behind a unique supply chain. Starting from the use of exclusively non-GM seeds, toxic chemicals are not used in organic cotton farming; plantations are handled manually, on a healthy ground which contains more water and nutrients while reducing consumption, and the control of pests is made through organic cultivation practices and beneficial insects. The harvest is done completely by hand, making sure that the purity of the fibers is preserved while ensuring that none of them are damaged during the process. This also allows to obtain longer fibers, so the garments made will be softer and long-lasting. Organic cotton is more absorbing and hypoallergenic than traditional cotton, furthermore the use of natural or water-based dyes and peroxide whitening also make it safer for our health.

EVERLIFE

Much more than you can imagine

Softness, design and hi-tech merge in this wonderful fabric, incredibly rich and exceptionally soft, moreover hypoallergenic. The perfect choice for those who really want to cuddle themselves! But what’s under Everlife’s skin? This fabric is made with a special yarn entirely made of recycled PET bottles. The collected bottles enter a unique conversion process where they are chopped, melted and reformulated to form 100% recycled PET flakes, which are then extruded and retextured creating top quality yarns. Everlife production chain helps to offset the need for virgin polyester and reduces plastic waste. Furthermore, thanks to its “recomposition”, the PET flake gives a very soft feeling to the fabric; last but not least, the fabric is 100% recyclable. Everlife is a truly unique concept of respect for the environment and a serious demonstration of commitment in the protection of our ecosystem.

NEXT GEN GRS

Eco-friendly quality

Sustainability is the main driver for Next Gen GRS. This fabric is made with pre-consumer upcycled cotton (surplus from clothing industry) and post-consumer recycled polyester yarn, in a fully traceable and certified production process.
The reduction in consumption is significant: up to 56.3% of CO2 emissions, 56.6% in the consumption of energy resources and 77.9% in the consumption of water during the entire production process, as confirmed by a Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) study. Next Gen GRS has an excellent moisture absorption capacity and heat management properties, it is a comfortable product which controls excessive humidity and limits sweating. But much more important it is a clear example of the crucial importance of recycling for the growth of a sustainable production and consumption model; encouraging the reduction of resource consumption and increasing recycled products quality.

BIOTIC LUXE

Meeting point

Biotic Luxe is the fusion of two worlds: innovation and design in knit fabrics and hypoallergenic safety for people.
The composition with vegetable fiber, obtained from wood, absorbs moisture and guarantees a well-balanced body climate, while Active Biotic fights allergens thanks to a natural probiotic solution applied to the fabric through natural clay. Despite traditional antibacterial treatments, Active Biotic eliminates pathogens while preserving skin flora and positive microorganisms for humans by using natural ingredients which active components are listed on the Qualified Presumed Safe of European Food and Safety Association (EFSA).

WOOL UP

Exclusively upcycled

Pursuing a fully sustainable lifestyle is not always easy and more ecofriendly options than those offered by the standard industry are becoming more necessary than ever.
Upcycling is a word that keeps together two concepts: recycling and improvement of quality (both of product and process). The goal of the circular economy is to minimize waste by achieving the best use of every material and fabric involved in the production process. In our case, wool fabric scraps are “upcycled” from clothing industry – and more – to create a warm filling. Wool Up is capable of maintaining the same properties of virgin materials, without requiring any additional use of resources.

AERELLE® BLUE

Do you know “Social Plastic®”?

Plastic Bank, award-winning worldwide organization, aims to prevent rivers and oceans been invaded from plastic waste in those regions which haven’t an official waste disposal – or recycling – system, while creating new economical and social opportunities for those who live a situation of poverty. Social Plastic®, the plastic collected thanks to the help for and from these communities, after a careful process of washing, chipping and drying, and strict quality controls, turns into valuable quality raw material for padding fibers production.

NO.MITE GRS

Useful and sustainable

Functionality meets comfort: a special polyester, made of recycled plastic bottles, is blended with a hollow fiber, getting an excellent thermal regulation. The functional mix of these fibers effectively balances the temperature differences and their surface – being wider – removes moisture. This interaction helps keep the body in a pleasant comfort zone.
